David & Pamela Bond Access Scholarship - Award is based on demonstrated financial need, demonstrated academic potential, NC resident, full time undergraduate. Recipient must complete at least 20 hours of volunteer service per year through ECU’s Volunteer & Service Learning Center during term of scholarship, and applicant MUST submit completed FAFSA for 2014-2015 by 3/1/14 in order to be considered for this scholarship.
