Vantage South Bank Access Scholarship – Award is based on demonstrated financial need, demonstrated academic potential, NC resident, full time undergraduate, recipient must complete at least 20 hours of volunteer service per year through ECU’s Volunteer & Service Learning Center during term of scholarship, and applicant MUST submit completed FAFSA each year in order to be considered for this scholarship.
